Application Overview:
To meet the complex testing conditions of the product, we have innovatively introduced a positive and negative pressure integrated volumetric/quantitative airtightness testing instrument. It can flexibly switch between positive pressure and negative pressure for dual testing pressures, and is particularly suitable for the testing of fully sealed products without inflation holes. It integrates multiple testing modes and can meet the different testing requirements of various product categories. Through an integrated design, one device can replace traditional multiple testing instruments, effectively reducing the equipment procurement cost and space occupation of the enterprise. Volume and quantitative testing principle: The instrument pre-charges compressed air into the internal gas storage tank, then charges a certain amount of compressed air into the sealed cavity of the tested product. After filling, it enters the pressure holding stage. The high-sensitivity pressure sensor captures the pressure changes in the cavity in real time. If there is a leakage in the product, it detects the pressure drop caused by the leakage in the tested product and calculates the pressure drop value or leakage rate.
