This equipment is mainly used as an auxiliary device in conjunction with the nut seat spot welding machine (a device that automatically supplies nuts to the seat spot welding machine). This equipment adopts a sliding rod conveying method. The MCU digital control technology precisely controls each link of the nut conveying process (such as the sequence of gas supply, electromagnetic power supply and power-off, etc.), and can achieve abnormal feedback function. Meanwhile, the external communication interface supports hard IO ports and various bus interfaces (configurable according to on-site requirements).
