High Speed Running-in Machine for Mass Production of NEV Motor Rotors

The eSPIN is designed for the high speed run-
ning-in of the motor rotors of NEV. By accelerating
the rotor to the allowable rated speed and running
continuously for a period of time, the internal
stress of the rotor is released enough, and then
the rotor is slowed down and stopped rotating. The
eSPIN is composed of a driving unit, a workpiece
holding unit, a loading/unloading bracket position-
ing device, a sound insulation safety shield, etc.
