Product features:
1. Humanized appearance design, with a 21 inch screen displaying the device's operating status.
2. The control system is developed based on the Codesys platform.
3. Two independent servo systems are configured for cleaning, rinsing, and wind cutting. The workpiece cleaning and rinsing are fully flexible, and changing the workpiece does not require changing the spraying and wind cutting devices.
4. During the drying and vacuum process, the workpiece rotates in conjunction, making drying simpler and reducing energy consumption.
5. High pressure can reach 50MPa.
6. Up to 5 cleaning configuration tools can be used.
7. To replace the product, only 5 positioning fixture boards need to be replaced.
