VGC_R real-time gluing detection system adopts advanced optical scheme and image processing algorithm, which can quickly capture and process high quality images, so as to realize the high precision detection of the position, presence and continuity of the adhesive strip. Our system is also equipped with a fast response and high speed running hardware platform, to ensure that the real-time detection results are accurate and reliable. The visual sensor used in the detection is composed of 3 cameras, which can realize 360° gluing detection, greatly improving the detection efficiency and accuracy. It can be connected to the automation system of the field through the industrial bus, and realize a high degree of integration and interaction with other equipment.
