FlexJet HD - highly flexible high-pressure water jet deburring system

FlexJet HD removes burrs, chips, weld beads, paint layers, and scale. The independently adjusted nozzle system can flexibly adapt to different workpieces and reproduce high-precision results.
Deburring and cleaning with a water pressure of 500 bar through a four-way nozzle. The rotary table in the processing room is equipped with pneumatic automatic workpiece clamping device, which is applicable to the maximum diameter of 450 mm, the height of 550 mm and the maximum weight of 100 kg including fixture. It can be used to deal with parts such as cylinder block of four cylinder engine.
The part can rotate and move along the X axis, and the nozzle can move along the Y and Z axes. Precise and repeatable results can be obtained.
