The new RIVKLE® ESA 2.0 equipment range provides
a fully automated electrical installation solution for
fastener setting. It can be equipped with a linear motion
system (transfer) which manages the unloading of the
RIVKLE® fastener by blow feed. It also features a collision
management function upon introduction of the RIVKLE®
fastener (anticollision system in case of failure). This
function can also be implemented by the robot.
ESA 2.0 makes it possible to install rivet nuts from M4
to M8. After loading, the installation operation is very
fast, taking approximately 1.5 seconds.
When integrated into a robot, the setting head can be
configured for “pick & place” or blow feed.
This robust and reliable setting unit can be adapted to
various environments thanks to its modularity (optional
loading system and transfer system).
